On December 9th, 2017 I was invited for some DJing in Italy at a night of the ery active GROTESQUE MODENA series. This night, no fewer than two live bands, both from Italy, were on the bill as well.
THe night started rather late when shortly after 11 pm, DIVENERE entered the stage and played their shoegaze-infused indie rock with beautiful melodies and a good reception from the audience.
After thet there came KLIMT1918 with a closely related style of music. THis band got quite a good reception as well.
So the after-show party started only at about 1:30 am, but it didn’t spoil the fun. And in the end it was close to 5 when I left the venue. You can find the playlist HERE.
Conclusion: Great location, top bands, perfect hosts (GRAZIE Gianfranco & Nico!), and hopefully I’ll be there again soon! A presto!
